1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your tent as it makes its way to you.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

jupon.shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For Singapore customers, please be aware of local GST regulations for imported goods.

5. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as photos of the damage will be required to process a replacement or refund.

6. Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier or reach out to our support team at support@jupon.shop within 5 days of the marked delivery date.
