Return and refund policy

Thank you for shopping at jupon.shop. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your tent, we are here to help.

1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The tent must be in the same condition that you received it (unused, clean, and not pitched outdoors).
  • It must be in the original packaging with all stakes, poles, and accessories included.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at support@jupon.shop.

  • If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the tent is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Tents that have been used or show signs of outdoor wear.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • All refunds are processed in USD.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your tent for the same model, send us an email at support@jupon.shop.
